Hello, I'm Erin J. O'Connor. Thanks for visiting my website.

After a successful 12 year long career in sales in another industry, I wanted to find a career that afforded me the ability to not only provide for my family, but give me the flexibility to be more involved in their lives. With my corporate sales job, that simply was not an option. In February 2004, I opted to pursue my dream I had from a young age to become a real estate agent. With that career change, I had the ability to not only have a rewarding career but also spend more time with my family.

I was initially licensed just before the "real estate boom" was kicking off. What goes up, must come down so that "boom" and the subsequent "bust" was nothing short of a roller coaster for us all. I am actually thankful for that time as it helped realign for me what was most important as well as bringing me to the place I am now and my flat rate business model I have adopted in my real estate practice.

After almost 13 years of being in the real estate business I have the experience that came from hundreds of real estate transactions totaling over a hundred million dollars of sales volume, I have the negotiation experience as well as the ability to navigate through the rare occasions that problems arise. My experience in the real estate industry ranges from being a listing agent, buyers agent, house flipper, wholesale home purchases and sales, auction purchases, distressed home purchases and sales and everything in between. Needless to say, I am not a beginner in the real estate business. I even have an entire box full of useless plaques and awards and certificates for volume and transaction count and agent rankings to show for it!

I look forward to showing you how I can not only sell your home quickly and for the top dollar the market will bear but also save you a significant amount of money while doing it.

No matter what you're told by other agents, gone are the days where it takes a huge commission check to an agent to get the job done.
